Junior Architectural Technologist

Description:

• Work in a supportive role together with other team members
• Primary focus is on developing drawings for retail and commercial spaces
• Assist in drawing production through Revit models and some AutoCAD
• Assist in municipal and consultant coordination
• Site visits

Skills and Attributes:

• Hold a Diploma or Degree from an accredited Architectural Technology program or Interior Design program
• 1-3 years of experience in the field of architecture or interior design
• Detail oriented and creative with a passion for design and technical permit and construction drawings
• Skilled in Revit and AutoCAD production
• Experience with BCBC and VBBL
• A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on positive client experience
• An eye for graphics and a desire to create beautiful drawings
• Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and continue upgrading technical knowledge
• Enjoys collaborating with others on projects
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Service and client/customer orientated
