Description:

JD Finish Line is seeking enthusiastic and experienced retail leaders to join their store management team at The Plaza, King of Prussia. The available roles include Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor, both of which are key leadership positions responsible for driving store operations, team development, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

As part of a dynamic retail environment, you will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day operations, achieving sales goals, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Managers are expected to mentor team members, provide performance feedback, and manage all aspects of store operations including staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing retail team.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, resolve issues, and elevate the customer experience.

• Drive store profitability through effective sales strategies and inventory management.

• Monitor and manage budgets, analyze sales data, and ensure cost control.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

• Engage with the community and implement local marketing efforts to enhance brand presence.

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and innovate for continued growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar retail management position is strongly preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to read and write in English and perform business-related math.

• Must be physically capable of prolonged standing, lifting 5–25 lbs regularly, and occasional stair/ladder use.

• Open to relocation within the company network as needed.

Work Environment:

• Retail store setting with moderate noise levels.

• Physical role with regular standing, kneeling, lifting, and merchandising responsibilities.

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to fulfill the physical demands of the role.
