Java Software Engineer

Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Java Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of programming, developing microservices, and utilizing the Spring Framework to contribute to software development projects.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java software development
• Demonstrated ability to work with microservices and the Spring Framework
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of agile software development practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes is a plus
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure is a plus
