Are you an expert in Avaya telephony systems with a passion for reliable communication infrastructure? Join our team as an IT VOIP Engineer and help us maintain and evolve our enterprise-grade voice platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support Avaya Aura Communication Manager & related systems
Manage upgrades for Communication Manager, System/Session Manager, and CMS
Monitor and troubleshoot SIP trunks, SBCs, and voice traffic
Configure call routing (Vectors, VDNs, Skills) and Avaya Agent Desktop
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations
Create documentation and customer-facing knowledge articles
Nice-to-have: experience with call recording, virtual hold, Citrix, ServiceNow
Requirements:
Strong experience with Avaya on-prem platforms
Deep understanding of SIP, SBCs, and external telephony apps
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Effective communicator and team collaborator
