Description:
As the IT Support Technician, you are the first point of contact for County and Municipal staff technical assistance requests.
- Technical Support: Handle multiple support requests for hardware and software, troubleshoot, resolve and document support tickets
- Project Collaboration: Work alongside other Corporate Services Information Technology staff members on various projects and requests, while balancing changing tasks and deadlines
- Problem Solving: Utilize your technical expertise to problem solve issues as they arise, while also leveraging your attention to detail and efficiency to effectively work through support tickets
In accordance with County Policy, a Police Record Check that is acceptable to the County will be required as a condition of employment.
