About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Technician (Level 1/2) to join our growing team. You’ll provide technical support via our service desk and in-person at client sites. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second level IT support via phone, remote tools, and onsite visits
  • Manage user accounts and services in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Perform PC deployments, imaging, and decommissions following SolidTech standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues on Windows-based systems
  • Coordinate with vendors for warranty support and facilitate equipment repairs/replacements
  • Accurately document all support work in our IT Service Management (ITSM) system
  • Stay current on IT trends and participate in team improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a technical support role or MSP environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and general desktop support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, PC hardware, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified, or similar are considered assets
  • Must reside in the Edmonton area and have a valid driver’s license for onsite visits
