It Support Technician

Description:

Education:
Formal training in IT certification, an asset but not required.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support in a multifaceted IT environment, an asset but not required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate IT processes to all levels of staff.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
Strong proficiency in the following programs \ areas \ technologies:
o Windows 10 Professional
o Microsoft Office and Office 365
o Printer Management
Knowledge of PHIA guidelines and ability to maintain confidentiality, as well as apply principles within IT processes.
