Stefanini Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide deskside and end-user computer support within a large corporate environment. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering hands-on technical support, managing incidents and requests, supporting IT equipment, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to business users. The role also requires active participation in asset management, documentation, user support, and collaboration with IT teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops (Mac & PC), mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals.

  • Support Windows 10/11 operating systems, VPNs, and other corporate IT systems.

  • Manage IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change) for IT equipment.

  • Perform troubleshooting, configuration, repairs, and maintenance of hardware/software.

  • Track incidents, service requests, and changes through the client’s ticketing system.

  • Backup, restore, and migrate user data as required.

  • Provide “Smart Hands” support for networking, servers, and telecom systems.

  • Manage IT inventory, including audits and lifecycle management.

  • Deliver executive-level IT support when required.

  • Develop, maintain, and review support procedures and user documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

  • Provide administration support for Office 365 and SharePoint Online.

  • Build and provision devices, ensuring compliance with standards.

  • Participate in technology-related events and support activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of IT support experience in a corporate/enterprise environment.

  • High School Diploma required; further technical training or certifications preferred.

  • Experience with Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, and PC hardware.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently or in a team.

  • Capable of lifting equipment up to 50 lbs, walking, standing, and bending for extended periods.

  • Willingness to work after-hours and provide on-call support when needed.

  • Valid driver’s license.

Desired Certifications (Preferred but not required):

  • CompTIA A+

  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)

  • ITIL Foundations

  • Lean Six Sigma
