Description:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy student to join our IT team in the role of IT Project Support. This position will provide hands-on computer hardware and mobile device provisioning, shipping and receiving, and general IT support for our corporate office.

Key Activities

• Computer Hardware Provisioning: Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of computer hardware and peripherals for new and existing employees.

• Evergreening: Support the IT team in the process of replacing outdated hardware and software with newer technology to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Shipping and Receiving: Manage the logistics of IT equipment, including receiving, inventorying, and shipping hardware and software as needed.

• IT Support: Provide technical support to corporate office staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network connectivity, and resolving IT-related problems.

Qualifications

Experience :

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.

• 1-2 years of experience working with computer hardware and software is preferred

Education :

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related program, or experience in a related field.
