Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st level IT phone support to corporate users in Head-office and remote branches.
  • Provide IT local support to Head-office users by:
    • Installing PCs software and hardware.
    • Installing new computers and preparing old equipment for recycling and disposal.
    • Providing basic troubleshooting with LAN/WAN connectivity and wireless phones.
  • Register, correct, and escalate user requests through the use of corporate tools, including remote support and TOPdesk (ITSM).
  • Help the IT department maintain asset information updated and accurate.

Competencies

  • Good verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical users.
  • bility to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to projects.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
  • Ability to identify problems and apply basic problem-solving techniques to resolve technical issues.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or changes in procedures.
