✅ Strong understanding of Canadian work permits & hiring processes
✅ Knowledge of T4, Incorporated, Corp-to-Corp & Contract hiring models
✅ Strong candidate screening, negotiation & closing skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✅ Proven ability to consistently deliver quality candidates
