About this campaign:

We’re building a network of Information Technology Specialists for anticipated future opportunities with our clients within Ottawa. This is not a posting for a specific position. By joining our talent network, you’ll be considered for upcoming roles that may include desktop support, service desk, and related technical support positions.

What we’re looking for:

• Provide prompt onsite installation, support and maintenance of various IT equipment such as desktop devices, fiber-optic cables, server racks, servers, network switches, modems, and other peripherals.
• You will serve to augment the Desktop and Services unit by focusing on the timely installation of a variety of constantly evolving desktop devices and peripherals within the technical environment.
• Familiarity with operating systems, troubleshooting, and customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Some future opportunities may require candidates to obtain or hold a valid Government of Canada security clearance. If you already have clearance, please indicate this in your application.
