Job Summary

Seeking an IT Observability Infrastructure Technician with experience supporting enterprise monitoring and observability platforms in a 24/7 production environment. The role involves infrastructure monitoring, automation, scripting, platform integration, and Level 2/3 support across Linux/Unix and Windows environments.

Must-Have Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring/observability environments
• Strong Linux/Unix administration and Windows knowledge
• Experience with Dynatrace, ITRS Geneos, OpenTelemetry, and Alerting tools
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, firewalls, networking, certificates, and load balancing
• Scripting experience with Python, Perl, or Bash
• Experience with Ansible, Jenkins, Git, and automation tools
• Experience providing Level 2/3 production support
• Dynatrace certification required (or within 3 months of start)
• Fluent in French & English
