Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Work with our Clients to understand the client’s business requirements and is responsible for ensuring client requirements are defined, and documented.
- Facilitates requirements-gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements using best practice methods and tools.
- Mediates differences in Business perspectives to drive requirements consensus.
- Bridges the gap between Business and IT, ensuring common understanding and IT/Business alignment
- Owns the creation of a project plan to identify key milestones & deliverables regarding criticality, downstream impact if dates are missed and determine alternative/mitigating actions.
- Is responsible for ensuring that deliverables are achieved, on-time and in-budget.
- Monitors project deliverables and escalates when required to mitigate risks.
- Provides timely, concise communications to functional and executive leadership regarding project status and pending issues.
- Identifies issues and potential risks within the project; proactively manages them to resolution and/or mitigation with the assistance of the Process and Technical Leads.
- Will act as the Project Lead in the development of the project plan, design and implementation plan in accordance to the Client requirements.
- Facilitates activities across internal teams to ensure the program deliverables are on track and understood.
- Provides input in the preparation of capital expenditure (CER’s) for projects.
