It Ai Governance Lead

Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT AI Governance Lead to drive AI governance, enterprise AI architecture, and AI implementation initiatives within a leading airline environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement enterprise AI governance frameworks and policies

• Lead AI implementation initiatives across enterprise IT projects

• Drive AI technical architecture, compliance, risk management, and responsible AI programs

• Partner with IT, cybersecurity, legal, data, and business teams

• Establish scalable AI governance and operational standards

• Support enterprise digital transformation and AI adoption strategies

• Monitor AI controls, audits, governance, and data management practices

Requirements:

• Strong experience in AI Governance, AI Technical Architecture, and Enterprise IT Delivery

• Experience leading AI implementation initiatives within large enterprise environments

• Airline/Airways industry experience is mandatory

• Background in Software Enterprise Application & Product Development

• Knowledge of AI/ML governance, compliance, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture frameworks

• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation programs

• French speaking is a strong plus
