6ixSenses Digital is hiring an IT Administrator professional to support the day-to-day IT operations of a large Canadian distribution company. This is a hands-on, service-minded role supporting users across IT systems, business applications, devices, and general technology operations.
The client operates in a NetSuite-based environment. Direct NetSuite experience is an asset, not a requirement — the successful candidate will be given time and full support to ramp up on the systems, processes, and business environment.
02 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide day-to-day IT support for business users across the organization.
- Manage user access, permissions, accounts, and system credentials.
- Support users in a NetSuite-based ERP environment (training and ramp-up provided).
- Administer Microsoft 365, email, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Set up and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, phones, printers, and office technology.
- Handle IT onboarding and offboarding, device inventory, licenses, and documentation.
- Support endpoint security, password policies, access controls, and cybersecurity best practices.
03 WHAT YOU BRING
- 2+ years in IT administration, helpdesk, desktop, or systems support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows devices, email systems, and user administration.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, network, and application issues.
- Comfortable managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Strong communication and a service-oriented attitude; works with both technical and non-technical users.
- Willingness to learn business systems in a NetSuite-based environment.

- Exposure to NetSuite, Business Central, Sage and other ERP systems, or business applications.
- Distribution, inventory, warehouse, purchasing, or finance systems.
- Basic networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, IP) and endpoint protection.
- Managed IT providers, ERP consultants, or software vendors.
