Description:

ERLPhase Power Technologies Ltd seeks a full-time innovative, professional and detailed IT
expert for the position of IT Administrator. This position is responsible for managing servers,
network equipment and various IT infrastructure components to sustain a reliable and secure
operational environment. Their duties extend to maintain system integrity, resolving technical
issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of the organizations technological infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate:
 

• 5+ year of extensive related experience

• Bachelor of Computer Science Degree or Equivalent

• Able to single handily manage department related IT services for business needs

• Someone who is able to be proactive, reactive and able to own the department statement of

work with integrity and sense of urgency

Responsibilities:
 

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and

electronic data processing (EDP)

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and

computer systems operations and development

• Architect, implement and maintain a network infrastructure to provide high reliability network

access for core business operations

• Maintain enterprise level computer hardware and software and programs, including email,

internet intranet and related cyber security, firewall and anti-virus strategies

• Maintain and support user-level computer hardware and software programs

• Interface with 3rd party providers for configuration and maintenance of domain IP, hosting,

certificates and other internet related aspects of the ERLPhase web presence

• Develop and implement suitable hardware, software and data back-up/redundancy

strategies to facilitate corporate and user level disaster recovery

• Work closely with management and department heads regarding system requirements,

specifications, costs, timelines and asset control

• Other duties as assigned
