Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated SAP IPD Functional Analyst to support our greenfield SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation, with a focus on Integrated Product Development (IPD). The successful candidate will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that product lifecycle and R&D processes are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into system requirements and solutions.
- Please note this is a 6 Month Contract role**
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to elicit and document business requirements related to product development and lifecycle management.
- Analyze and map current processes; recommend and help design future state processes aligned with SAP IPD capabilities.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP IPD configurations, enhancements, and processes.
- Support the cleansing, preparation, and validation of product-related master data and specifications.
- Assist in validating that configured SAP IPD solutions meet business expectations through involvement in testing, demos, and feedback cycles.
- Work with the Change Management team to facilitate adoption, ensure stakeholder alignment, and maintain documentation for all process changes.
- Support user onboarding, develop training materials, and provide post-implementation assistance during hypercare.
The Recipe For Success
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a SAP implementation (SAP IPD, PLM, or S/4HANA modules).
- Strong understanding of product development processes, especially in food manufacturing.
- Proficient in creating business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, and test scenarios.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps related to Product Lifecycle Management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Results driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
