As an Investor Services Associate, you will serve as a primary contact for fund investors and managers, managing investor transactions, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations, and supporting fund operations. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for fund investors and managers through both email and telephone communication.

• Process investor subscription and redemption activities in line with fund offering documents and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.

• Communicate pending transactions and updates to fund management and ensure all relevant parties are informed.

• Prepare and validate investor statements against fund accounting data to ensure accuracy.

• Distribute investor statements, letters, and various other documents according to client and fund management instructions.

• Maintain up-to-date and compliant investor distribution information.

• Prepare and process wire transfer instructions via multiple online banking platforms, ensuring cash movements are timely and accurate.

• Confirm processed cash activities and communicate updates to fund accounting and/or fund management.

• Comply with departmental policies and procedures to maintain process integrity and efficiency.

• Participate actively in process improvements and system enhancement initiatives.

• Perform additional related tasks as assigned by department leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience in Hedge/Private Equity Fund administration or Investor/Shareholder services is highly preferred.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Familiarity with AML and KYC procedures is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong customer service orientation.

• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Flexibility to work overtime when required to meet client and departmental deliverables.

• Availability to provide coverage on Canadian holidays, as needed, due to the firm’s global client base.
