Alexya Robert Design, a growing interior design firm based in Bromont, is seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join its dynamic team. The firm specializes in high-end residential projects in the beautiful region of Lac-Brome and works closely with a family-run construction company to bring design visions to life.

Operating out of a spacious, nature-surrounded office, the studio fosters creativity, collaboration, and excellence in design execution. The position offers an opportunity to work on inspiring, large-scale residential projects in Estrie, pushing creative boundaries and developing high-quality design solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profiles:

Two distinct candidate profiles are encouraged to apply:

1. Technically-Skilled Interior Designer / Architectural Technologist:

   • Strong technical knowledge in design and construction

   • Experience in 3D modeling, photorealistic rendering, and technical drawings

2. Creatively-Driven Designer:

   • Strong aesthetic sensibility and artistic flair

   • Excellent eye for color, textures, and spatial composition

   • Passion for on-site visits and hands-on design implementation

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• DEC in Interior Design or Architecture
  OR

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Environmental Design

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in French

• Strong technical and creative design skills

• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Rhino

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Team spirit and a positive, proactive attitude

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in interior design or a related industry
