Key Responsibilities:

• Manage insurance defense litigation files, with a focus on MVA claims and related matters.

• Represent clients at various stages of litigation, including mediations, discoveries, motions, and trials.

• Collaborate with senior counsel and contribute to case strategy and client representation.

• Demonstrate initiative in file management, research, and legal drafting.

• Engage in leadership opportunities and contribute to process improvements within the practice group.

Qualifications:

• JD or LLB from a recognized law school.

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

• 1–4 years of experience in insurance litigation defense, preferably at a respected law firm or in-house legal department.

• Proven track record of success in litigation matters.

• Strong advocacy, communication, and organizational skills.

• A proactive, innovative, and client-focused mindset.
