This is a remote role with hybrid flexibility, requiring in-person court appearances only as needed. Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including general liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, motor vehicle incidents, labor law, and construction defect claims.

• Participate in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial.

• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as required.

• Collaborate with legal teams and maintain a high level of client service.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Licensure: Must be admitted to practice law in New York State.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience preferred.

• Preferred Experience:

  • Insurance defense, medical malpractice, premises liability, labor law.

  • First or second chair trial experience.

• Base Salary: USD 125000 – 225000 (based on experience)
