Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to promote client retention.

• Act as a trusted advisor by identifying client needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.

• Support clients with policy advice, renewals, claims guidance, and general inquiries.

• Maintain knowledge of underwriting principles and apply them when advising clients.

• Represent Westland within the community and uphold its values.

• Proactively meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship management.

• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Demonstrate time management and multitasking capabilities while supporting both client needs and internal processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Level 1 Insurance Broker License or in progress (CAIB/CIP encouraged; financial support available).

• Minimum 6 months of insurance industry experience is considered an asset.

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and building client relationships.

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in day-to-day tasks.
