The Opportunity:
The Insurance Advisor is responsible for the promotion, sales and service of all Insurance products to new and existing clients and provides information on insurance packages.

In this role you’ll:

• Identify client’s needs and provide recommendations for the products and services required
• Promote retention of existing clients by providing quality customer service
• Rate new and renewal business utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
• Review and analyze personal sales volumes for improvement opportunities

Here’s what you bring:

• 6 months to 1 year of industry experience
• High school diploma, plus one year of formal education is preferred
• Insurance broker level 1 license is a must.
• Working towards CAIB and/or CIP are an asset (Financial Support Provided)
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• A natural ability at building authentic customer relationships
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion
