GTA House Buyers, a fast-growing real estate investment company based in the Greater Toronto Area, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners looking to sell their properties. This is a full-time hybrid role with remote flexibility that offers a clear path to a six-figure income through a base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.
The role focuses on relationship-building, lead qualification, and guiding homeowners through the initial stages of the home-selling process. No real estate license or prior real estate experience is required — full training and hands-on coaching will be provided.

Convert inbound leads into qualified booked appointments.
Build genuine rapport with homeowners and address their concerns.
Qualify prospects based on their unique situations with care and empathy.
Consistently follow up with leads and maintain clear communication.
Research property values and collect key data for the acquisitions team.
Coordinate next steps with Home Buying Specialists.
Accurately maintain records and contribute to growth strategies.
Participate actively in team training and development programs.
Base salary of CAD 45,000 plus uncapped commission and bonuses.
First-year earning potential: CAD 65,000 – CAD 75,000+ (path to CAD 100,000+).
