A Day in the Life:

  • Be the key liaison between the Junktion and Franchise Partners for the ISP program.
  • Provide mentorship, support and guidance to ISP Sales Managers.
  • Ensure new Franchise locations are signing up for the ISP program. (Active Franchise Partner Pipeline)
  • Own revisions needed yearly for ISP program guide.
  • Work closely with CSOPS for alignment on key priorities to drive additional revenue.
  • Build a strategic multi year plan for ISP revenue growth.
  • Deploy and manage the Junktion Micro-ISP program
  • Present at ISP Town Hall meetings
  • Regular Territory / Franchise visits
  • Ensuring the continued usage of the Sales Playbook and driving the large estimate process.
  • Engagement with Sales Center managers to create a candidate bench for future ISP roles.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3-5 years experience in leading sales people/managers

  • Ability to create and articulate business plans and strategy to Directors.

  • Intermediate level sales experience (dealing with customers etc)
  • Presenting in large groups
  • Business acumen
  • Creating and delivering reports on business profitability.
  • Advanced use of Google sheets
