Job Title: Inside Sales Account Advisor
Work Location: St. Catharine's, ON L2R 7G1.
Duration : 12+ Months (Contract to Hire)
Pay Rate: $21.39/hr on T4

Note: You will also get the joining bonus of $2500.
Hours/Training
- Monday - Friday. Shifts can vary anywhere between 9am-6:30pm, and hours may vary between 35-44hrs / per week. Shift bids are placed to determine which shift you get based on your metrics and this is done on a monthly basis.
- Training starts (Start Date) it's a 8-week training program. 4 weeks of classroom training and 4 weeks of Nesting. This is where you go live with your list of advertisers, start making your calls, and you will have support from our trainers, SMEs and Team Leads.

Basic Qualifications
- Sales Experience: At least 2 years sales experience in relationship sales ad sales, digital marketing
- Overall Work Experience: 4 Years Work Experience
What is the role?
As a Marketing Expert, in partnership with one of the world's largest online advertising and social media platforms, you will work with an existing list of advertising agencies who support various small to medium sized businesses that are currently utilizing online advertising and marketing services on our client's platform.
This is an outbound sales role -
- the expectation is to be consistent in exceeding your quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calling.
- You will be responsible for speaking with decision-makers over the phone to increase the value of their online advertisements through optimization; with an aim to increase customer investment and/or increase the length of time that a customer will maintain their campaign. We are helping them to optimize what they are already doing, reach their advertising goals, optimize their budget by understanding what is working, what may not be working for them, and offering advice and implementing solutions to help them potentially see improved results for their advertisers and become more confident in using the platform.
- The metrics include pitching a solution/products on the platform, then tracking if the agency/advertiser took action and spent a certain budget based on the suggestion/advice we offer.
- The goal is the more confidence in the platform we help the agency/advertiser have, the more likely they will spend more. They will spend more money because they may see improved results.
- You will contact each customer identified on the list to provide a strategic advertising consultation and capture sales opportunities that include an advertising campaign relevant to their clients goals/needs. We look to develop a relationship with the agency/advertiser over several calls throughout the quarter. The requirement is to contact all customers provided on the list and set up multiple calls with them to build a relationship and to better understand and help them achieve their goals.
