Description:

Xsolla is seeking a visionary VP of Infrastructure and Cloud Operations to lead the strategic evolution and operational excellence of its global infrastructure. This role is critical in managing and optimizing both private and public cloud environments that power all Xsolla SaaS services, ensuring resiliency, scalability, availability, and security.

The VP will define and execute the strategic roadmap for global infrastructure, build and scale high-performing teams across DevOps, SRE, Networking, and Database disciplines, and leverage AI/ML-driven solutions to automate operations and improve reliability. This leader will also manage vendor relationships, infrastructure budgets, and act as a key advisor to the CTO on technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the vision and strategic roadmap for global infrastructure.

• Build, scale, and mentor high-performing infrastructure teams.

• Manage hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring security, compliance, and resilience.

• Implement AI/ML-driven automation for monitoring, alerting, reporting, and incident resolution.

• Lead initiatives in observability, CI/CD security, and proactive incident prevention.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure infrastructure enables product velocity and stability.

• Manage vendors, service providers, and enforce SLAs.

• Develop and manage infrastructure budgets with cost optimization and resource forecasting.

• Contribute to executive-level strategic planning and technology roadmap.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Leadership in infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, Networking, and Database Management.

• Strong technical expertise in infrastructure architecture, automation, and performance engineering.

• Experience with AI/ML-powered infrastructure solutions.

• Proven ability to scale platforms and global teams.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Gaming or SaaS industry experience and regulatory compliance knowledge are a plus.
