About the Role
Our consulting client is seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst - IAM / SailPoint IIQ with a strong focus on Centralized Access Request Management.
This role will support the rollout and governance of centralized access models, working closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to enhance access request workflows within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and onboarding into centralized access governance model
- Act as point of contact for escalations, inquiries, and exception management
- Support intake management for access-related requests
- Ensure adherence to governance standards and centralized access processes
- Collaborate with Line of Business to gather requirements for access request workflows
- Work with engineering teams to deliver SailPoint IIQ Request Management features
- Define and enhance request management frameworks aligned with IAM standards
- Establish governance metrics including KRIs and KPIs
- Support development and deployment of IAM security controls
- Provide recommendations on best practices and process improvements
- Align IAM capabilities with NIST framework and regulatory requirements
Required Skills
- Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Hands-on experience with Request Management / Access Request workflows
- Experience centralizing access request processes in IAM environments
- Knowledge of IAM governance models and access control frameworks
- Experience working with engineering teams on IAM implementations
- Strong understanding of NIST and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience defining KPIs / KRIs for governance reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
