Description:
In this role you will work directly with a large and diverse client base and at times situations can become highly emotional. You are adept at de-escalating stressful situations and are able to remain calm and composed at all times. You use your well-developed active listening skills to understand the client’s needs in order to provide appropriate solutions. You are highly organized and have the ability to multi-task in a number of settings. You have a strong attention to detail and work well under tight timelines which will help you be successful when preparing court generated orders and supporting the Judiciary. You have a passion for providing excellent customer service and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A high school diploma and four years of related experience are required.
