Description:
We’re looking for a proactive Information Asset Management (IAM) professional to lead and support lifecycle management across our division. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for all IAM matters, guiding employees on policies, standards, and best practices. You will coordinate key initiatives that improve the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of how information assets are classified, retained, disposed of, digitized, and consolidated into corporate systems. Your expertise will help ensure compliance with our IAM policy framework while supporting audits, ATIP requests, litigation searches, and day‑to‑day service requests.
You will play a central role in developing training, tools, and Standard Operating Procedures that strengthen information‑management capabilities across the organization. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help translate enterprise strategies into practical departmental improvements—whether through records remediation, workflow enhancements, or new IAM solutions. You’ll also support the continuous improvement of the corporate classification and retention schedule, contribute to the Enterprise Business Glossary, and help ensure data completeness and quality across repositories.
This position offers the opportunity to collaborate widely, influence organizational practices, and contribute to a culture of compliance and information stewardship. You will support onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain volumetric inventory reports, and escalate non‑compliance concerns as required. If you’re a detail‑oriented problem‑solver who thrives on empowering others and improving processes, we’d love for you to join us in shaping the future of information management across the division.
