This remote role offers a unique opportunity for engineering professionals to apply their expertise in process optimization, systems engineering, and industrial operations to enhance AI systems’ performance and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop deliverables that address common industrial engineering challenges and requests relevant to your domain expertise.

• Review and refine peer-generated deliverables to strengthen AI research outputs and ensure technical precision.

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues in machine learning systems, applying structured problem-solving and engineering methodologies.

• Contribute to the evolution of AI systems by infusing domain-specific insights into research and evaluation workflows.

• Work independently and asynchronously to meet strict project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency in deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in industrial engineering, process optimization, operations research, systems analysis, or related fields.

• Strong grasp of engineering principles, including workflow analysis, optimization, quality control, and systems modeling.

• Excellent written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, technical accuracy, and grammar.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote, asynchronous environment.

• Deep interest in applying engineering expertise to artificial intelligence research and development.

Preferred:

• Experience with machine learning concepts, AI-assisted tools, or data-driven process improvement.

• Familiarity with collaborative research environments or academic-industrial projects.

Engagement Details:

• Type: Independent Contractor

• Compensation: $70–$110 per hour

• Duration: 3–4 weeks

• Commitment: 30–40 hours per week
