As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in the implementation of new corporate group business and assigned projects. You will work closely with external customers and various internal teams to ensure operational requirements are met, client expectations are exceeded, and projects are delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure accountability for all new corporate business implementation projects.
Innovate and manage the end-to-end implementation process using best practices.
Manage project changes, risks, issues, and actions effectively.
Communicate regular project updates to stakeholders, including status updates and meetings.
Act as key point of contact with external clients and internal Client Services Teams.
Analyze and interpret detailed documentation (original proposals, prior carrier contracts) and translate requirements into Medavie specifications.
Ensure excellent customer experience through timeliness, quality, and strong project management focus.
Qualifications & Skills:
University or college diploma; insurance qualifications such as LOMA or CEBS preferred or willingness to acquire.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in group health/dental, life, and disability insurance.
Experience in project management or analytical roles preferred.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project an asset.
Bilingual in French and English.
