Deloitte Canada is hiring an experienced and strategic Identity and Access Management (IAM) Leader to join its Cyber Security practice in Toronto, ON. This permanent, hybrid role involves spearheading IAM initiatives to help clients manage complex cyber threats and secure their digital ecosystems.

As a key member of Deloitte’s IAM team, you will guide clients in the implementation and operation of cutting-edge identity solutions across IGA, PAM, and AM domains. You will lead advisory and implementation projects using leading technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock, and Ping. Daily responsibilities include assessing IAM processes, conducting workshops, developing gap analyses, and leading project responses to RFPs. Strong project management, client engagement, and team leadership skills are essential.

Candidates must have over 10 years of cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years managing IAM product deployments. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields is required. Technical expertise should include logical access controls, LDAP, RBAC, MFA, SSO, and PKI. Experience with cloud deployments in AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus. Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA, or product-specific credentials are highly valued.

Deloitte offers a competitive salary range of CAD 84,000 to CAD 173,000 annually, equivalent to CAD 7000 to CAD 14417 monthly.
