Our client, a globally respected and innovative manufacturing company based in the London, Canada area, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for both short and long-term strategic planning within the HR department. This includes leading and developing the HR team to effectively support organizational goals. You will design and implement comprehensive programs focusing on employee retention, training, and personal development to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities also include maintaining an open-door policy to encourage communication and providing employee counseling and performance feedback as needed. You will ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, specifically the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), Section 27.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or diploma in Human Resources, preferably with CHRP or CHRL certification, and possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
