Are you a dynamic individual skilled with people, process and recruitment? As a Human Resources Intern at PrairieOne Motor Group, you will focus on recruiting, administrative duties and help support the Executive team in a variety of duties!
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies that support business goals and enhance workplace culture
- Support all aspects of the HR department, including talent acquisition, training, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
- Assist with workforce planning and employee development to ensure alignment with our service excellence standards and operational needs.
- Foster a positive work environment that supports team collaboration and professional growth.
- Maintain HR documentation for the organization
- Visit dealerships to connect with staff, support business and dealership policy implementation, and ensure company procedures are followed
- Handle staff inquiries with the support of the executive team
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of HR experience in Canada, with a strong understanding of Saskatchewan labour laws and employment standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
