Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting people and processes? Join our fast-paced HR department as a Human Resources Administrator and play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle.

 

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and working closely with the HR Generalist, you will provide vital administrative support in areas such as recordkeeping, payroll assistance, compliance documentation, and training coordination & onboarding. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys managing a variety of administrative tasks.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Support the full employee lifecycle with day-to-day HR administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare HR documents including contracts, onboarding/offboarding materials, and policy acknowledgments
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and background checks
  • Support onboarding logistics and training documentation
  • Track attendance and leaves for ESA compliance
  • Help with payroll inputs and benefits administration
  • Maintain our training matrix and compliance records
  • Use tools like ADP and Microsoft Office to support HR operations
  • Respond to employee questions and help keep our workflows running smoothly

 

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of administrative experience (HR or manufacturing experience a strong asset)
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and Ontario employment standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
  • Excellent attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • A diploma or certificate in HR or Business Admin preferred; CHRP in progress or completed is a bonus
