Description:
Mitel is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Manager to lead the strategic design, development, and ongoing administration of its global HR Information System (Workday). Based in the Greater Toronto Area, this full-time role plays a critical leadership function in HR operations and system enhancement initiatives across the organization.
The HRIS Manager will oversee a team and manage multiple HRIS-related systems and projects, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and an excellent user experience. You will act as the subject matter expert for Workday core HCM and associated modules, and your expertise will drive improvements and deliver strategic HR insights through analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct the design, delivery, and optimization of the global HRIS system (Workday)
Manage the Workday HRIS support ticketing system
Serve as SME for HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent & Performance, and Integrations
Lead configuration, change management, and user access management across all HRIS processes
Develop and deliver training to ensure effective system usage
Generate and analyze reports, dashboards, and HR metrics for business leaders
Build and manage a skilled HRIS team, supporting their growth and succession planning
Oversee vendor relationships and manage contract renewals
