Description:
Recruitment:
Preparing job postings, shortlisting candidates, screening candidates for open positions
Outreach using several social media platforms and in-person
Coordinating interviews for hiring managers
Conducting virtual and in-person interviews with candidates
Conducting employment reference checks and background checks
Drafting contracts for successful candidates and managing existing contracts
Participating in orientation and trainings
HRIS Admin:
Creating/updating new employee’s profiles on the HRIS
Scanning and uploading employment files and other documents into HRIS system
General office/administrative support:
Answering day-to-day inquiries from candidates, employees, etc.
Other administrative duties as required
