Description:
Our client, a leading global organization, is seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the Human Resources department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and is resourceful in handling HR administrative duties.
Key responsibilities include:
Administering the Canadian benefits program, including enrollment, claims issuance, reporting, and auditing.
Responding to HR inquiries and forwarding requests to the appropriate contacts.
Coordinating onboarding of new hires, including initiating onboarding tickets and scheduling orientations.
Managing vendor services and invoice processing in the database.
Acting as an active member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
Maintaining employee electronic files and preparing reports for the Corporate HR team.
Preparing HR documents using templates.
Assisting the HR department with ad-hoc requests and special projects.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of administration experience.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong technical skills with MS Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize activities.
