Housekeeping Attendant

Description:

Fairmont Banff Springs is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeping Attendant (Turn-Down) to maintain guest rooms and provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests. The role is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the high standards of the hotel are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform turndown service for all assigned guestrooms, including preparing beds, replacing soiled bath linen, dusting, and polishing.

• Take initiative to create personalized experiences for guests.

• Maintain guest privacy and take responsibility for their belongings while delivering excellent service.

• Perform weekend shifts as required.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Warm, caring, and professional personality.

• Ability to anticipate and focus on guest needs.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing and walking during shifts.

• Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs.

• Occasional climbing of ladders, stairs, and ramps.
