Hiring Administrative Manager

 

Description:

    • Plan, organize and manage the administrative operation, procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
    • Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
    • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
    • Evaluate the business operation, ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate the operation in the company.
    • Manage schedules and deadlines.
    • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
    • Budget planning and control, monitor costs and expenses.
    • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and liaise with suppliers on contracts and services.
    • Organize and supervise other office activities (renovations, event planning etc.).
    • Ensure business operations adhere to policies and regulations.
    • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
    • Prepare reports for the management and participate in meetings.

Employment requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, commerce or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • English language
