Location: Montreal (Quebec only)

Core Responsibilities

  • Handle L1/L2 IT support (tickets, incidents, troubleshooting)
  • Provide end-user support (hardware, software, network issues)
  • Monitor systems and escalate incidents
  • Maintain SLA-based service delivery
  • Support wireless/network-related environments

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years Helpdesk / IT Support experience
  • Strong incident management & ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service & communication
  • Bilingual (French + English) → Mandatory
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking in high-volume environments
