Description:
Liebherr-Canada Ltd., a division of the globally recognized Liebherr Group, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Sales Representative to join their growing team based in Trois-Rivières, QC, with a hybrid work model. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced and motivated sales professional with a deep understanding of heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, and material handlers.
The successful candidate will focus on cultivating and expanding client relationships, promoting the Liebherr brand, and driving revenue growth across the Central Quebec region. Candidates must be solution-oriented, self-driven, and possess a strong network within the heavy equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify business development opportunities and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Leverage existing relationships and market insights to effectively promote Liebherr products.
Educate clients on after-sales support, warranty programs, and technical assistance.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships across the region.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and successful product delivery.
Manage the full sales cycle, including needs assessment, quote preparation, product demos, and closing.
Provide technical product information, ensuring clients understand the value and suitability of Liebherr machinery.
Analyze account performance and revenue forecasts to optimize prospecting and sales efforts.
Conduct regular customer visits as per the territory plan.
Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system.
Required Competencies:
Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English is an asset.
Strong industry knowledge and capacity to quickly learn Liebherr’s product line.
Demonstrated success in account development and management.
Sales-focused, responsive, innovative, and strategic in approach.
Strong financial and market analysis skills to improve profitability.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
High level of professionalism in all client interactions.
