Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support (90%)
• Maintain system configurations; update approved configuration changes in non-production environments.
• Develop, test, and implement new requested integrations between Symplr and 3rd party systems.
• Support and monitor the health of existing integrations and APIs
• Support configuration and monitoring of physical timeclock devices
• Monitor ServiceNow assignment group for incidents and requests. Resolve issues and respond to new requests per standard SLAs.
• Manage security administration for the application, including creation and maintenance of user profiles, permissions, roles
• Perform regular security review to identify separated employees, audit segregation of duties and system access to ensure access are appropriate based on Job responsibilities.
• Document standard operating procedures, including detailed step-by-step instructions.
• Provide training to additional personnel as needed.
