Position: Health Care Assistant Instructor

Location: Toronto & Brampton

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

• Deliver engaging, hands-on training to students in healthcare skills

• Develop and maintain lesson plans and training materials

• Mentor and support students to achieve their learning goals

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

• Ensure a safe and professional learning environment

✨ Requirements:

• Certification or degree in healthcare, nursing, or related field

• Experience working as a healthcare professional (HCA, nurse, or allied health)

• Previous teaching or training experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for mentoring and developing future healthcare workers
