Description:
Quadient, a global leader in digital automation and customer communication management, is hiring a Head of Sales Development to lead a high-performing SDR team across North America. In this strategic leadership role, you’ll report directly to the VP of Global Sales Development and drive pipeline generation across Quadient’s Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Financial Automation Solutions portfolios.
This position plays a pivotal role in Quadient’s GTM execution, requiring close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and the SDR Enablement & Operations team. You’ll lead SDR teams targeting SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment with strategic growth initiatives and maximizing performance across the region.
You’ll shape SDR strategy, processes, and culture, while fostering team growth, engagement, and accountability. You’ll also be responsible for optimizing workflows, onboarding, and performance frameworks using data-driven and AI-enhanced approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and lead pipeline generation strategy across North America for CCM and Financial Automation portfolios
Provide first-line and second-line leadership to SDR managers and their teams
Cultivate a high-performance sales culture rooted in clear processes, motivation, and accountability
Align SDR execution with broader Sales and Marketing strategies, including territory planning, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) targeting, and lead conversion tactics
Partner with Marketing to design and execute integrated, segment-specific campaigns that drive engagement and qualified opportunities
Enhance SDR enablement programs, cadences, workflows, and onboarding plans across all market tiers
Develop and monitor KPIs, segmented by region, channel, and customer tier, to track and improve SDR effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure GTM consistency and to implement scalable, technology-driven solutions
