As a Harvesting Labourer, you will be a critical contributor to the entire crop lifecycle, from planting to harvest and post-harvest maintenance. You’ll work directly in greenhouse and rural farm settings, ensuring crops are cultivated, harvested, and handled with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carefully harvest crops and seedlings with attention to quality control

• Clean harvested crops and maintain overall cleanliness in greenhouse workspaces

• Mix and prepare soil blends and fertilizers as needed

• Assist in planting, irrigating, fertilizing, and maintaining crops throughout their lifecycle

• Spray crops following safety and operational protocols

• Perform general farm duties including maintenance and cleanup

Work Environment:

• Full-time on-site role in a greenhouse and rural farm setting

• Involves physical labor, repetitive tasks, and standing for long durations

• No remote work; must be available on location daily

Qualifications:

• No formal education, certificate, or diploma required

• No previous work experience necessary—comprehensive training provided

• Basic English communication skills are necessary

• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to maintain focus in a physically demanding role
