Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert hair services, including haircuts and styling.
- Possesses the capacity to welcome new clients referred by the salon, as well as walk-ins.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques through ongoing education and training.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive salon environment.
- Offer personalized consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety within the salon.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a hairdresser with a minimum of 5 years in the industry.
- Established client base and a strong reputation in the community.
- Proficient in various hairdressing techniques and products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Valid cosmetology license in Ontario.
