Growth And Development Advisor

Description:

• Post-secondary education in Business, Public or Non-profit Administration; or a combination of

equivalent education and experience in the domain of Growth

• Experience with identifying opportunities for growth, including client outreach, designing

customer experience and planning.

• Experience in non-profit or for-profit sector including stakeholder engagement and government

relations and funding programs

• Exceptional human relations and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and

relate effectively with confidence, interest and understanding

• Excellent writing skills, with experience drafting documents, summarizing studies and broad

findings, reports and briefing notes for senior leaders

• Knowledge of government funding, Manitoba business community and Canadian economic

drivers

• Experience in conducting research both internal and external to understand the needs of

Manitoba businesses, organizations and sectoral concerns to maintain current on these trends
going forward to ensure concept development is relevant and timely

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in an organized and independent manner; ability

to meet deadlines

• Knowledge of procedures and strategic planning and how that relates to growth targets
• Strong analytical capacity to distill large quantities of information into themes, identify patterns

of information across disciplines
